The other company made my ring look worse, doing a terrible job on my claw repair and wrecking my Amethysts in the process. The replacements fell out and I decided to get it fixed by Pacific Jewellery the next time instead. They wowed me with the work they did, fixing the claw repair from before and upgrading my Amethysts to be more substantial and secure. They also cleaned my ring making it so shiny and sparkly. After wearing it a bit I decided the ring was too tight by just a smidge, and brought it back expecting to wait at least a day or two and pay full price again (since I had waited a few months since the initial work).
